About Us
ClwydAlyn was formed in 1978 as a non-charitable Registered Social Landlord. We are leading the way in tackling ‘Wicked Issues’ such as poverty, health inequality and homelessness.
We now manage over 6,300 homes and employ around 770 people who work together to achieve our mission to beat poverty. Our homes and services include care and nursing care; supported housing for people who have been homeless; and the provision of good quality homes - ensuring our rents are affordable and offer value for money. We also offer low-cost home ownership, leasehold management services and intermediate and market rented housing. We work across seven local authorities in north and mid Wales (Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy, Wrexham, Powys, Gwynedd and the Isle of Anglesey). The Group’s turnover is £49m.
